As a starting off point, what is "Bighire"? Bighire.tools/Bighire.io is an emerging startup narrowly focused on delivering tools and services to provide hiring support. Think of it as a hiring-support-as-a-service (HSaS). We have an internal road map with a series of enhancements to make the hiring practices of SMBs and startups much easier and successful. The ".tools" part is our online platform for automated analysis of recruiting/hiring docs. The ".io" part, planned for 6-12 months out, is a full-service support platform to help clients find better talent while cutting the overall time required by 25-50%.
Essentially, we are building the types of services we hoped were available when we launched another company a number of years ago. Firms that hire the executive recruiters have plenty of resources at hand. We aim to bring a number of these capabilities to the smaller, fast growing companies without big budget allocations for hiring talent.
